For each reservation of a service, the special conditions specify the conditions to cancel and/or modify the reservation.

Reservations

The reservation can be confirmed at our resort/hotel by paying only 25% booking amount of the total billing. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of check in at the hotel/Resort.

The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in.

Any reservation can be amended and modified till 7 days prior to the date of arrival. In case any such request is received between 0-7 days of the date of travel no request shall be entertained. Any amendment shall carry the revised offer prices offered by the hotel as per the dates chosen by the guest.( Season surcharge may apply )

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check in - 1400 Hours

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out - 1200 Hours

Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability. A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.

Child Policy

Child below the age of 6 years is complimentary without extra bed and child in the age group of 6 to 11 years shall be chargeable as per the rates mentioned above in special rates column

Cancellation Policy

Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night’s stay will be levied for cancellations received up to 8 days prior to arrival.

Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.

Refund Policy

Guest can call customer service to request a refund if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled between 0 to 7 days prior to the planned date of travel, the booking amount shall not refunded and will be charged as retention. Refunds shall be initiated in weeks time after the request is acknowledged by the accounts.
